One of our tax preparers does not have access to the clients in intuit link. I tried going under "client access" tab, and none of the clients are checked, so I hit the box at the top which puts a check for all the clients, and hit continue. It sends me back to her user page and I get a message "sorry failed to update user details, please try again later."
Is there something I can do to fix this.
