Right now, If I send both requests to a client who has the same email for both individual and business, they are only able to do one. For example, if they login and do their individual tax requests, and then try to login to do their business requests, it automatically takes them to their individual request and they are unable to do both the individual and business. We have a lot of clients with one email for both individual and business. It is really frustrating that you can't use the same email for both individual and business.
