Can I e-file a 2025 Texas Franchise Report through Proconnect?

I'm able to print the Texas Franchise Reports in Proconnect, but I'm not able to electronically file any of them.  Does Proconnect support electronic filing of these forms?  I read that I could not e-file them in Proconnect but I wanted to check and see if that's true.

Hi @LisaGC , yes ProConnect has the capability to e-file Texas Franchise Reports.  However, the agency has not yet opened e-file capability for the program yet for 2025 filing season.  This page will update with the most current status 2025 ProConnect Tax E-file Agency Approvals.   If you need further assistance, you can also always contact ProConnect Support .

The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts has not approved the forms for ProConnect to e-file Texas Franchise returns.  Each state has to review and approve the forms for each software program before e-filing can be turned on.  E-filing and printing approvals are separate, which would be why they forms can be printed.
