Hi all,
I have a client that needs to file 2020 amended tax 1040-X to claim FFCRA. However, it's unclear when is the due date for IRS to accept 2020 amended tax year for refund. I checked on IRS website and it says 05/17/2024, but also another page showing 04/15/2024.
Also, can I still e-file 2020 amended tax return? And if not, can I submit paper-file return with e-signatures (not wet signatures)?
