Where do you enter City Income Tax Payments for OH - RITA cities?

I made payments throughout the year for RITA income tax, but cannot find where I input those payments.

Under Profile, you must have first chosen a city under RITA for OH;
On the left panel, select State & Local > Taxes > OH Cities;
On the input screen, under General Information, select Resident city and complete the relevant input fields;
Click on City in tiny prints in the top-right corner;
Select Name of city (Click on arrow to select from list) under Ohio Cities;
Click on the Estimates & Other Pmts. tab in gray; and
Complete the amount and date paid for each quarterly ES-tax payment under 2019 Estimated Tax.
