No status of the refund

Filed and individual tax on 4/11 and when checking "Where is my refund", it says "Status Not Available". Is there a way to check this since I ellectronically filed it and it was accepted?

The client can check on it by setting up an IRS account and then logging into it.

    We checked the IRS website and it said no return was filed but it was filed with proconnect and it got accepted. I don’t know what to do at this point!
