My client doesn't want to make a payment with their extension. However, after I efiled the extension it showed an amount the client would pay with the extension. Help!

Can I amend the 2020 1040 E-filed Extension to show no payment will be made with the extension?

No. Let it be. The IRS system will not record an extension payment if no payment is received.

        Not sure what you mean by "amend" but you can override all of the boxes by on the 4868 by going to the "Extensions (4868, 2350)" screen in the "Payments, Penalties & Extensions" section.
