Is there a way to change the client ID in Proconnect? If so, how is it done? Thanks!

Which ID are you referring to? SSN? IPPIN? ....

The number that shows next to the client's name in the client list.  i do not know what it is called.

I don't see such numbers, they may have been created during an import. I do not see any way to change the Client name as shown in Clients.
