Is anyone seeing an issue with the effective rate being incorrect on the Federal Income Tax Summary?

Total tax divided by Taxable Income = Effective tax rate. (not a tax table rate, just a number that sort of represents and average tax rate)

Marginal tax rate = Bracket that taxable income is in.
