If I am filing as self preparer or non-paid preparer, can I ignore the Critical Diagnostics concerning EFIN and PIN
I had a PTIN before but did not renew it since I do not file tax returns for payment. I am only doing my own and one other family members return. In past I only had it because I did prepare payroll tax forms but am no longer doing that at this time.
