I am getting an error for Form 1040-X, yet I haven't input anything and nothing is populated. I have seen this now on a few returns I am working on. How to delete?

This form is just popping up on my returns, even without any input, so I am getting diagnostic errors. How do I delete this form or override?

Could have been proforma'ed from a prior year return.

Checked under Profile and delete the 1040-X.

Also check under Miscellaneous Forms > Amended Return (1040-X), then General Information and Federal (1040X), and ensure Amending federal return is not checked.
