How to Save Client Answers from questionnaire in Intuit link?

Is there a way to download a client’s answers to the questionnaire in Intiut link other than as a CSV? Ideally I’d like to download as a PDF, but I only see an option to download a blank PDF (without the client’s answers). I know I could download as a CSV and then do a print to PDF, but that feels more cumbersome than it needs to be.

For some reason the questions are always marked as “needs review” on my end, so wondering if maybe that’s why I am not able to download as a pdf?

Thank you for posting in the Community. Here are two support articles that should help with this:

Based on the current design, questionnaire responses can only be exported as a CSV file (or you can download a blank PDF template of the organizer, without client answers). There isn't currently a way to export the completed responses directly as a filled-in PDF. This isn't related to items being marked "needs review."
