How to generate Form 8804 and 8805 for a partnership with foreign partners (Form 1065)?

Partnership has foreign partners, but I'm not seeing form 8804 and 8805 being generated with the return, how to generate these forms? Thanks.

Make sure you have the foreign partners clearly indicated as such under Partner Information;
Check your input under Miscellaneous Forms > Annual Rt for Partnership W/H (8804):
1. Check the relevant boxes;
2. Populate details for Withholding Agent;
3. Enter Section 1446 Tax;
4. Make sure you didn't have any entry to Suppress the forms, etc.

Form 8804 with attached Form 8805(s) are required to be filed separately by March 15th (excluding extension of time to file). Does the ProConnect program have a way for us to sign the 8804? Are wet signatures required? If so do we download, sign, date, scan and send to the client with instructions for filing?

Unfortunately, F.8804 has not been added to the list of forms for which electronic signatures will be accepted. This means wet signatures will still be needed at this time.
