How do I convert an additional 2019 Proseries tax return file after importing several others?

I obtained another client that gave me a ProSeries S-Corp data file that I need to import.  When I go through the import tool, it cannot see the file I want to import.

Are you sure you have pointed to the right folder?  If so, you may like to check that the files have the correct suffix.  These are the only reasons I can think of as to why the conversion tool doesn't see the file.
