How do I clear a critical error for NYS ID authentication of deceased taxpayer with a surviving spouse ? (error Ref #46905)
In the client information I have done the following, but am still getting the critical diagnostic error:
-Indicated date of death for taxpayer
-entered ID verification information for the spouse
-tried both "identity not verified' and leaving it blank for the taxpayer
