How can you transfer a tax return from one PTO account to another?

When onboarding a new client, if their prior tax preparer used PTO, how can you transfer the file to the new tax preparers PTO account?

Call Customer Service to see if they can do it for you. The only method I know of would be to get pdf copies for your file, but you would be on your own to do all input for next year.
