Question

Each time I try to create a new tax return or add a new client my screen keeps showing a blank white screen. Does tax education not support MacBook or safari?

That depends on your mac OS version.  Preferably, you should open PTO in Private mode, which avoids a lot of the common issues.  Clear your cache, restart your browser, and restart your machine if necessary.  This is the normal routine that solves 99.9% of the problems.
