Do you have any suggestions on what to do if we are unable to submit a State return? I see Virginia is still "pending"

Please see "FIling Season Update" from the Virginia Department of Taxation

https://tax.virginia.gov/news/filing-season-update

They are accepting returns but are not processing them yet.
