Remember CHECKS ARE GOING THE WAY OF THE DINOSAUR AND THE POST OFFICE IS NOT ALWAYS POSTMARKING MAIL. https://www.irs.gov/pub/taxpros/fs-2026-02.pdf

    Dinosaurs or not, the IRS still is supposedly generating the forms.  I don't do ProConnect, but ProSeries says they will have them ready on 2/18.

      Meanwhile a Lacerte user is complaining they print when the payments have been set up for direct debit.

        As Jeff pointed out in a different thread:

        For the record, the IRS website doesn't have the 2026 1040ES forms yet.

        It's hard for the software to have Forms available if the IRS doesn't.
