Why is Lacerte printing federal payment vouchers with mailing instructions when they must be filed electronically by the taxpayer?

Clients are asking me to file payments for them; is anyone doing this for their clients?

First, taxpayers aren't required to pay electronically yet. The Executive Order mandate was the other direction: refunds are (mostly) electronic by now, trying to get away from the IRS sending paper checks. Just making sure that's clear.
