I'm not the type to yell at kids to get off my lawn, but this change in practice strikes me! Am I old in thinking that a manual import is better? That the kids are missing an important part of tax preparation?
I'd be interested in people's views about W2 import. I know that 1099 imports save time, but I don't think that W2 imports do, do they?

I may be old, but my fingers still work pretty good and I think by the time you jump through the hoops to import a W-2 I can have it manually entered and I trust my fingers more than I do Intuit software.
