The efile acceptance letter shows no refund, but the return should have a refund-Why?

I filed a Maryland S Corp return which shows a refund for the client. However, the efile acceptance letter shows a zero refund. Any idea why this would occur? Thank you.

Thank you for your response and assistance. I spent 90 minutes on the phone with Lacerte today resolving this issue. It turns out the returns were fine. The problem was with the parameters of the efile acceptance letter, and this was fixed.

I don't have any MD S-Corps, but my first guess would be: did you set the refund for direct deposit or to receive a check?

Do you have other MD S-Corps filed yet (or in PY) that you can cross-check the e-file acceptance letters.

Also, "F4">"e-file log" might give some more details for added comfort around this.
