Lacerte support is no longer responsive.   Call back is not always an option, and when I received a call back I was churned into the regular que.   (35 minutes so far)

On 1/11/21, I was on hold 2.5 hours, before I had to leave for the evening.

Is this what others are experiencing?

Yep... just read the numerous threads posted here.

Consider posting your problem in this forum; perhaps us volunteers will have the solution.
