For Screen 24 - Adjustment to Income - for Other Adjustments - I do not see an "Other" Field so I can put my actual adjustment description there - am I looking in the wrong spot? Thank You

Enter as "Other Income" with negative amount. Seems wrong, but it is the only way to do it with a description. If you look at the instructions for 1040 (or Sch 1) there are only those specific adjustments, so we have to "cheat" to make the software do the presentation as a negative income.
Answers are easy. Questions are hard!
