Georgia late payment interest - 1040 program

Just FYI:  I'm noticing it is miscalculating the interest rate for late payment computations for Georgia.  It's using 731%.    I assume this is an error from the last update.

Yes, luckily, it's eye popping when it miscalculates at that rate.  On a $6000 balance due for 2.5 months, the interest added was around $10,000.
