I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced not being to print to PDF while using a Parralle's on Mac Windows Virtual Machine due to the driver for Lacerte Tax not being compatible with ARM machines, but if you have, I was just able to print by directly downloading an Amyuni PDF driver for Windows 11 using Paralles for Mac. This was the link to webpage to down the driver.

It doesn't show up as a "Lacerte Tax PDF 6.5" printer but as "AccuZIP PDF Converter 6" within the printers & scanners section of Windows.
I am by no way an IT person! Hopefully this workaround will keep working, but for now, I'm very happy to have a PDF printer that bookmarks the tax return correctly.
Thank you! I was having a slightly different but similar issue with Lacerte not printing the pdfs that it should automatically send to SmartVault because of the Amyuni driver. I installed the printer driver from your link into the correct Lacerte folder (which took a bit of research). But it's working now which will save me a lot of time. Thanks again!
I am having an issue with the installing the PDF printer on a Windows 11 computer with an ARM processor. Does anyone else have the issue on a Windows 11 computer and have you found a solution?
I think the pdf printer that Lacerte auto installs is not compatible with ARM hardware. I'm on Windows 11 running in Parallels on a Mac with an ARM processor. I received an error message when installing Lacerte that said the pdf printer had trouble installing. The Lacerte program worked fine, but I couldn't print to pdf or to SmartVault. In the Windows printers screen I uninstalled any printer with Lacerte in the name, found the folder where Lacerte stores the pdf printer and renamed the file folder with the old pdf printer, downloaded the new pdf printer from the first post in this thread, copied it to the folder where Lacerte stores theirs and installed it there. Everything worked after that, but I do have to re-install the newer pdf printer every time Lacerte auto installs their version, which seems to happen whenever I install a new state return.
