On Screen 26.2 please correct the programming for Code 4: Donation Date to default to 2024. It makes no sense to default to 2025 when we're preparing hundreds of 2024 tax returns.
2 seconds to change the date. You have saved 400 seconds! Yippee!
It should be clear to you by now that their programmers are terrible. Not only have they eliminated the 8283 table that we have spent years building (all of the Goodwill and Salvation Army locations) but they can't even fix the 2024 default after what, six weeks of having been notified?
For years I've asked why estimated tax vouchers print when the client is paying electronically or only one estimate is needed, why the "delete this year" box appears in different places of various screens, why LLC consent dates don't proforma to the current year and various other ideas.
They don't read this stuff.
Hi there, @castorenagroup This unexpected behavior has been addressed in a program update, available February 18, 2025 (Version 45.0218) Thanks!
