Missouri Ref#61701 and 1040ES release

Is there anyone that files Missouri that has been able to file a tax return yet.  EVERY SINGLE RETURN has a diagnostic regarding "Missouri calculations ........ will be available in a future release (ref#61701)".  Has anyone filed these returns and if so, were they rejected?

Also, when is the 1040ES going to be released?  We are into the second week of February and still cannot file any Missouri returns nor returns with estimates.

Not yet and cannot find an answer in Lacerte as to when it will be updated and which release it will be in.    Amending would be a huge.

Same issue for MA! This is beyond ridiculous for the amount of $$ we pay.

Nope, I have 20+ returns on hold because Lacerte is behind. The forms are all done, Lacerte is the holdup from what I've looked at.

Just got off the phone with Lacerte.  Here is what they said.  "The MO issue was resolved in an update last week"  When I pushed back that I was on the most current update and it WAS NOT resolved, she said, "Oh, let me look and make sure.  Oh, no MO is not resolved, and that is POSSIBLY going to be on an update tomorrow."   At the end of the phone call she changed her mind AGAIN and stated that MO has not released the final tax returns yet so Lacerte cannot finish on their end.

When I asked her when the 1040ES is going to be updated, she said "POSSIBLY tomorrow"  I said I don't want possibly, I want an answer.  She basically has no idea when or what is going to be updated.  WE ARE ON OUR OWN!!!  I think their standard response to questions about the updates, is that it will POSSIBLY be this week or to blame the state or federal government.

When I called about MA last Thursday after the update, I got basically the exact same response. "We don't know."

MO 1040ES is on the website with a revision date of 12-2025. I don't buy that explanation at all.

BEWARE!!!  The Missouri 1040 ES worksheet is subtracting LT capital gain from next year's calculation even tho it isn't included in the current year calculation.

We are sitting on a stack of returns. I was told since we were such great customers that our "service call" was being expedited. Our clients do not care if it's our software or not. They are paying us to file their returns, just like we are paying Lacerte ungodly amounts of money.

It's funny, other software companies have the MO returns and all forms.

This is very frustrating.

NEVER believe Intuit that anything is expedited, especially state issues. We are beginning the last week of February and I still have several forms and worksheets not final.  Let alone this efile issue with Missouri.  I had a case number regarding this issue and was sent an email this week letting me know the case was being closed as it was solved.  The only solution I have been given is overriding the critical efile diagnostics.  I agree with you, it is beyond frustrating.
