Lacerte renewal quote Error Code: NO_QUOTE

I received my Lacerte renewal quote in the mail, saying I needed to accept my quote by 8/19/20.  When I go online to my account dashboard and select the "renew" button, I get an error.  Any idea how long until this will be resolved, or if there's an action step I need to take to resolve it?
