We haven't been able to receive any acknowledgements for our e filed returns, sometimes over a week. We uninstalled and installed the software the other day, was able to receive one acknowledgement and we are having the same issue again.
This has never happened before during the last 30 years of using Lacerte. Anyone else has this issue?
