Intuit Link Portal "Cannot Connect Right Now"

I keep getting "Cannot Connect Right Now" when I try to upload documents to my clients portal.  It's been happening for several days now.  We've tried in incognito and on other computers and it's giving the same message.  When will this be fixed?  Is there something I need to do to get this resolved on my end?  I'd like to wrap up my tax return client queue but I can't do that if the portal isn't working properly.
