Individual user unable to log into Lacerte

 have an individual user that is unable to log into Lacerte 2021.  He gets the error message that the first or last name is missing in your account and then it locks up when he tries to access the individual module.  Lacerte 2022 opens up and locks up immediately.  No other users are having this issue.  Lacerte has been re-installed using a /force command and also blew away this users profile.  The person that manages these accounts insists this user has the correct permissions already.

 

Does anyone have any other ideas?
