Had a power issue in office and now Lacerte 2025 doesn't work

I get the popup of

DoBeforeInitialize: Exception = Error initializing config

Access violation at address 00CF279A in module 'w25tax.exe' (offset 4A279A). Read of address 000000000

I need some help how to get my program fixed.  I have rebooted the computer and have uninstalled and installed the software. I have also tried using the Lacerte Tool Hub and haven't had any success yet could someone who might know please help.

I would add one step. Uninstall 2025 Lacerte. Turn off Computer. Restart Computer. Install 2025 Lacerte. I hope this works for you.

Did you use the FORCE option with Tool Hub?
