Folks:
I do not frequently use Tax Import, though I have done so in the past. But I have a long list of Broker & Barter transactions that I want to use TI for. The upload and scan went fine, but when I try to import I get an error message AND an Excel popup. The Excel popup says that the file is open in another application. The Lacerte message seems to be something about object reference not set to an instance of an object.
I've tried running CLPack and restarting my computer and deleting the Downloads folder but nothing seems to work.
Help?!
