Double or enlarged screens in eSignature

Level 1

I am getting an enlarged screen in the eSignature request area that is difficult to use.  I am unable to scroll through the screen or see the buttons (cancel, next, etc.).  This enlarged screen is also happening in the Overview area.

Has anyone else been experiencing this?  I'm trying to determine if this is a Lacerte program problem, or an I.T. issue on my system.
