For those of you who are hosted, have you found any way to get these four checkboxes clicked and remembered for each login to avoid this screen?
I called Support, and the agent said I was the first person he encountered who asked this question.
I imagine we need RW to become/name a "known" publisher, but curious if any of you have figured this out.
