How do I change the answer from Yes to No in Part IV Line 31 that is now generating a Schedule N, which I don't need?

Best guess is you made some input to generate the Schedule N - Screen 8.2 Transferred Assets.
A good way to check is go to the screen and use Ctrl+W to go to batch mode and see what entries are there.
I only see an input of code 27 and 1
From pressing F1 there I get "
1 if Did Not Discharge or Pay All Liabilities in Accordance with State Laws
| General Questions (Schedule N) | Screen 8; Code 27 |
Select the box (or enter 1) if the organization did not discharge or pay all liabilities in accordance with state laws. Question 6 on Schedule N (Form 990 or 990-EZ), Part I will be answered No.
