PPP Loan Forgiveness - California Gross Receipts

Lacerte is including PPP Loan Forgiveness in California Gross Receipts.  In some cases this is increasing gross receipts fee.  Is this correct or should this be manually adjusted so that any proceeds from PPP loan forgiveness are excluded from California gross receipts.
