No. IRS doesn't alow it at this point in time (August 2019)

Thanks, what site did you use for this information so we can check if it is updated?

Lacerte provides a link to https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p4163.pdf 

however, it does not specify forms acceptable for digital signatures.
