Why is my Organizer greyed out?

You are in the wrong year. For 2018 organizers, use the 2017 Lacerte Program. That is also where the proforma is.

I'm in the 2017 program.  Went to another computer and it is greyed out there as well.  We both have full access.

OR...you don't have the final update for 2017 installed.
