Why are my esignatures expiring at the end of the year? "it's our policy" is an unacceptable answer, Quite seriously, what's the point?
I paid for the esignatures and have just discovered you take them away at the end of each year. Why? Did the self appointed genius that was lauded as a genius by the band of sycophants in the room for coming up with this loser of an idea consider how many Lacerte users would be absolutely pissed at this naked form of greed?
