When scheduling a tax appointment in Lacerte do I have to enter a date and time?
I want to send a tax appointment letter to clients who mail us their tax returns. I do not want a date and time on the letter. How do I omit the date and time?

The tax appointment prints on the organizer, AFAIK.
You make can make it print in a letter (if there's a keyword for it). IF there is one, I'd guess there is a separate key word for the date, and for the time.
Disclaimer - I've never tried to put the appointment scheduling in one of the letters....only on the organizer.
