Does anyone know how to fix this document attachment issue?

e-file: (Resident State) requires a PDF copy of (state) return to support the other state tax credit to be attached to the electronic return. (ref. #45535) & OH To qualify for the Pass-Through Entity Credit prepare and attach the applicable form, or indicate that a copy has been or will be faxed by checking the box Supporting Documentation for Credits Faxed to State in the Other Credits Screen. (ref. #45535)

Hi George, 

Thank you for the help, however I have completed the return and attached it, however I'm continuing to get the error message and cannot e-file. Any other solutions?

When you attached it, what did  you tie it to? What form is it?
