What happened to the Find My Diagnostic Center

I used to use the Find My Diagnostic center all the time.  Today when I tried to go to the bookmarked website, it showed an error and said I was forbidden from going there.  What happened?  That was a very useful tool.

Was I the only one that used this site. https://accountants.intuit.com/community/tkb/choosetemplatepage/board-id/diagnostics/search-before-post-mode/true  Anyone from Intuit know if it will be returning?

Hi @Kathleen1 , this is something that is being worked on and we will update you as we have more information.

What’s the specific diagnostic?  Do you see a message with the diagnostic?

The diagnostic was resolved.  I was just trying to show a colleague how to use the tool for a diagnostic she encountered.  I will be happy to hear when it is back.

@LRisenhoover Did you see this diagnostic message:  Arizona Schedule K-1/K1NR # requires a shareholder percentage of ownership for each shareholder when electronically filing.  We’d  recommend reaching out to Lacerte Support for help with this as they can remote in and walk you through how to resolve the diagnostic with your specific case.

Hi @Kathleen1 thanks for posting about the the Find My Diagnostics. We are currently migrating diagnostics into Support Articles. As part of this change, the Find My Diagnostics Center is being retired.

To find information about a diagnostic, you can:

  1. Enter the diagnostic number in the search bar (or click the magnifying glass icon in the upper-right when available).
  2. If the diagnostic appears (as shown below) in the suggestions, click it.
  3. If it doesn't appear, press Enter after typing the diagnostic number to search. If a Support Article is available, it should appear in the search results.

We understand the Find My Diagnostics Center was a useful resource, and we appreciate your patience as these resources are transitioned to Support Articles.

Thanks for the update, although disappointing.  If nothing appears how do we get information on the diagnostic?

You're welcome! We understand it's disappointing, and we appreciate your feedback.

The diagnostics are being moved into Support Articles so they can be more easily maintained and kept up to date. If you aren't able to find information by searching for the diagnostic number, you can post the diagnostic message along with the reference number here in the Community. Either another community member or one of us may be able to help. If we know the answer, we'll be happy to assist. If we don't have the information available, we'll direct you to Support so they can investigate the diagnostic further.
