Solved

The Recall function under the client tab isn't working since this last update. This prevents you from call pulling up a client you were previously working on in Lacerte.

From the LTUG listserve:

Lacerte is aware of this issue and is working on it. It was caused by last week’s update and it only affects network users that use UNC paths for identifying network folders.

I am not familiar with a recall function. Most "errors" can be fixed with a reboot. If that fails do a force install https://accountants-community.intuit.com/articles/1859961-how-to-perform-a-force-install-of-lacerte

The recall feature is really helpful.  Problem with reinstall is that I think that will wipe out my custom settings.  Not going to reinstall this close to October 15th.

This hasn't worked in months and I cannot find a fix on the Community section.  Has this been resolved and if so, where can I find the answer?  Appreciate any assistance!!
