Question

The filing deadline of BOIR reports for corporations established before January 1, 2024 is January 12th 2025. Was extended from January 1, 2025. Cannot file without pen

Penalty is being imposed on me to file BOIR on January 11, 2025. There should be no penalty prior to January 13, 2025. Is anyone else having this problem?

      Are you trying to voluntarily file at the FINCEN website?

      You picked Lacerte; BOIR are 1) not income tax forms & 2) can't be filed thru Lacerte.
