So will Windows 7 not run Lacerte for 2019 TY, or just run it poorly?

To be safe, don't use Window 7 after it's death on 1/14/2020 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsforbusiness/end-of-windows-7-support

Lacerte will not support workstations on 7, so I assume it is at least ill advised to use 7 at all.
