Last time I encountered something like this, I contacted the county assessor and determined the lot and block belonging to the specific parcel. It was a one time effort to get the information I needed to do a proper tax return for my client.

Which state?
Does that state tax form instruction possibly allow some specific?
This is not a federal restriction.

Or client cpould ask the coop. If its really needed, every owner needs it.
The more I know the more I don’t know.
