Possible fix for Shareholder Basis information not transfering from ProSeries 2023 to ProSeries 2024 for an 1120S?

The data did not transfer for the Shareholder Stock and Debt Basis Limitation Worksheet from 2023 to 2024.

    When did you pro forma those returns? Too early maybe?

    If you haven't worked on them yet you can re pro forma.

    Otherwise manually enter the basis info.

      I just noticed a similar issue on one client where the 2024 beginning stock basis balance did not equal the 2023 ending balance and the loan information didn't transfer at all. I'm hoping Intuit has a response. In the mean time, I'm making the corrections manually. Good luck to you!

      Exactly what is occurring.  I did spend sometime on the phone with customer support and they ha no work around or fix.  Manually entering is what needs to be done.
