New Installation of Lacerte Software hardware requirements?

Do I need a MS Windows Server 2016/2019 or can I use desktops with Network Attached Storage (NAS) only? My desktops and laptops would attach to the NAS and all would have Windows 10 OS installed. I would prefer not having a server. TY

Note: Windows 7 & Windows Server 2008 will no longer be supported. Network Attached Storage (NAS) drives are not supported.

Thank you Henry Jr.. Additional questions: Is there a particular multifunction printer that Lacerte Software recommends and how much memory should it have? Second question: My customer is asking for a wide screen monitor for viewing tax forms or doing a split screen, are there monitors that are recommended for split screen capability?
